Who is Les Taylor...
& why name a golf tournament after him?

Les Taylor, a husband, a father. dentist, loved the game of golf.  He had
7 - "seven holes in one"- during his lifetime.  He recently passed and his family would like to honor him by providing this golf tournament for those just starting in the game.   Jr. golf or JAG is a great organization where you can learn and play all summer on some of the best golf courses here in St George.

Here are some of his rules for golf and life..

   1. Be the first to say "hello" and greet your opponents with a smile.
   2. Leave everything a little better than you found it.
   3. Strive for excellence and take responsibility in every area of life.
   4. Commit to constant improvement, but keep your sense of humor.
   5. Of all the hazards, fear is the worst ---THINK POSITIVELY.
   6. Repair your ball marks---fill in your divots---have fun and make friends.
